Split:

Split is a round tactic in Counter-Strike 2 where a team attacks or takes control of a site from two or more directions at the same time. It is used to divide defenders, force them to split their attention, and make retakes or site holds harder to organize.

Splits are common on both attack and defense, especially when a team uses map control and utility to open space before timing a coordinated push.
