TP / Town Portal Scroll:

A Town Portal Scroll, often called a TP, is a consumable item that lets a hero teleport to an allied building or unit with a valid teleport destination. It is a basic mobility tool in Dota 2, used to return to lane, defend towers, join fights, or move around the map quickly.

Because teleport scrolls are limited resources, managing them affects map control and team response time. They are also central to counterplay, since teleporting can be interrupted or canceled.
