High ground:

High ground is an elevated position on the map that gives a team better sightlines, safer angles, and often a positional advantage in fights. In Overwatch 2, players use high ground to spot enemies, apply pressure, and force opponents to spend more time or mobility reaching them. Holding it can make cover easier to use and can be especially important for heroes with ranged weapons or area control.
