Bump:

A bump is a deliberate or incidental collision with an opponent’s car that disrupts their movement and positioning. In Rocket League, bumps are used to slow defenders, open space for a teammate, or force an error during a challenge or rotation. A strong bump can be just as valuable as touching the ball, especially when it removes a player from the play.
