Adam Warlock Gets Flight

The single biggest change in this patch. Adam Warlock gains a new flight mode at 10 meters per second for up to 4 seconds on full energy, recharging from zero to max in 15 seconds. On top of that, Soul Bond now lets him hover and attack simultaneously — previously, activating it locked him in place, which made him an easy dive target. The flight is a repositioning tool, not a traversal mechanic: 4 seconds of airtime means you’re dodging ultimates or reaching high ground for better healing angles, but you’re not crossing the map. Burn your energy at the wrong time and you’re grounded for a meaningful 15-second window.

Vanguard Changes

Doctor Strange: Shield of the Seraphim recovery speed drops from 70/s to 60/s — roughly 14% slower shield regen, making sustained poke more effective against him.

Rogue: Defensive Stance energy conversion jumps from 0.27 to 0.35, and Fatal Attraction cooldown drops from 17s to 14s. Three fewer seconds between pulls makes her crowd control significantly more oppressive.

Thor: Hammer Throw now grants 50 bonus health on hit (once per throw), but Storm Surge bonus health drops from 75 to 50 — shifting power from passive stacking toward active play.

Venom: Base health increases from 650 to 675. Feast of the Abyss damage-to-bonus-health conversion goes from 1.0 to 1.3, making his ult significantly more rewarding.

Duelist Changes

Psylocke: Psionic Crossbow damage falloff at 30m tightens from 60% to 70%. Dance of the Butterfly ult damage drops from 170 to 160 per hit — a meaningful burst reduction.

Quick hits: Deadpool gets more healing from Pop Quiz. Moon Knight’s Moon Blade bonus health drops from 100 to 75. Squirrel Girl’s uncharged Blockade projectile speed jumps from 20m/s to 30m/s. Star-Lord’s Galactic Legend costs 3,100 energy instead of 3,400.

Strategist Nerfs

Invisible Woman: Force Physics cooldown increases from 8s to 10s — a 25% longer wait on one of the most disruptive abilities in the game.

Loki: Mystical Missile charges drop from 12 to 10, limiting poke output in extended fights.

Ultron: Patch drone detach range increases (exact values not yet confirmed).

Team-Up Shakeup

The Fantastic Four Team-Up is completely removed. Replacing it is Psionic Mayhem — a new Team-Up for Invisible Woman and Doctor Strange, with Invisible Woman as the anchor. Mr. Pool’s Interdimensional Toy Box, Gamma Charge, and Rocket Network also see adjustments.
