Headshot:

A headshot is a shot that hits an enemy's head instead of their body, usually dealing increased damage or triggering a critical hit. In Overwatch 2, headshots matter because they can help eliminate targets faster and are especially effective on heroes whose weapons can score critical damage. Not every attack can headshot, and some heroes, abilities, or attack types cannot critically hit at all.
