The thing about Harbor is that there are two things holding him back from being a good agent. The first is that he’s very hard to play. Even some high-level players struggle to properly use their abilities since they require precise aim and timing, something that no other agent requires.
On the other hand, those who even do manage to master this agent will realize that he’s not that viable in a game like Valorant. Harbor restricts the sights and bullets of enemy and ally agents alike. Thanks to this, using someone like Vyse who only targets enemy agents makes much more sense to ensure there’s no room for error.
Most would agree that Clove is currently the best agent in Valorant. The biggest reason for this is that not only can players use their smokes while being dead but Clove’s smokes also regenerate overtime, allowing the team more flexibility with them.
